Field Cocktail Hour

For couples who love the natural beauty of the Kentucky countryside, cocktail hour can be arranged in the field near the Grand Carriage Hall.

This setting gives guests space to mingle, enjoy refreshments, and experience the grounds before transitioning into the Grand Carriage Hall for dinner and dancing.

Courtyard Cocktail Hour

For a more elevated estate experience, couples may choose to host cocktail hour near Rotherwood's courtyard and historic 1887 Victorian home.

The courtyard setting brings guests closer to the heart of the estate and creates an intimate atmosphere for cocktails and conversation before the reception begins in the Grand Carriage Hall.

It is a wonderful option for couples who want their guests to experience more of Rotherwood's historic character throughout the wedding day.

Rotherwood Cocktail Hour Setup

Couples may create their own cocktail-hour design or choose our Rotherwood Cocktail Setup and allow us to prepare the setting before guests arrive.

Cocktail Setup — $350

Includes:

• Three scalloped market umbrellas

• Up to five cocktail tables

• Tablecloths for the cocktail tables

• Placement and setup before cocktail hour

Our cocktail setup is available for both the field and courtyard cocktail-hour locations.
