Vendors Insurance

 We emphasize the importance safety and regulatory adherence for our venue. To facilitate a smooth event experience, we require all outside vendors to maintain liability insurance, along with any relevant licenses, permits, certificates as mandated by the state of Kentucky. Reputable and professional vendors carry insurance and submittal to venues is industry standard. This requirement to safeguard both our venue, vendors, and our clients. Kindly ensure that all necessary documentation is submitted to the venue in advance of your event.

Timeline & Final Guest Count
