Freedom and Choice We do not require you to choose from vendors we recommend but we offer a list to help you make your event your own.

SITE VISITS
2 Site visits are allowed for up to one hour. This allows couples to consult with owners about logistics, and lay out.

ON SITE STAFF
- Staff is included in every package to help assist couples and their guests before, during and after their wedding. - Parking attendants are provided for events with guest counts above 75 guests,

TEAR DOWN/ CLEAN UP
After your event we will tear down the tables and chairs, clean the bathrooms, common areas of the barn, and take out the trash.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

USE OF HOUSE
Use of wrap around porch, Bridal suite, dressing room, waiting area, foyer, restroom with dressing area, main stairwell, and courtyard included in all packages.

USE OF BARN
Main area of barn, bar, restrooms, and Groom's dressing room, prep kitchen, and outdoor deck of the barn is included in all packages.

USE OF LAWN
Use of West ( front), and Southwest and North lawns of House. Use of lawn in front, sides, and behind barn is included in all packages.

PARKING
No need to worry about finding parking. We offer to ADA parking and parking for approximately 75 vehicles with limited additional overflow available beyond the parking lot.
